MEDICAL SERVICES INFORMATION

The SDAIHC Medical Department combines the treatment of acute problems with education, emphasizing prevention and proper health maintenance. Family oriented care is provided for all ages.

Lab Results: to make an appointment with your doctor for lab results; lab results can not be given over the phone.

Doctor/Nurse Message Line: Calls for providers or nursing staff may need to be sent to voice mail. Providers and nursing staff are usually busy with patients during business hours. You should leave your name, date of birth and a brief description of your problem on the voice mail; a medical assistant or nurse will return your call as soon as possible.

Prescription Refills: Calls for prescription refills take 48-72 hours to process. You should always contact the Center before you run out of your medications.
